I lived at University Woods for one year or so. It's not right next to all the other apartments so you kind of feel like you're not cramped. The management was great and the houses are huge. My favorite things was having a garage that we could park in or just hang out. My neighbors were pretty cool. The only thing I would do to improve it is to enlarge the pool. It's pretty small.
