if you get past the bright yellow and blue colors and being a 6 minute drive from campus 1500 lakeshore is not too bad. i've lived here for about 8 months. the scenery is really nice because there's trees surrounding the complex. the pool is nice and the place is gated so you don't have to worry about strangers walking around. it's k&s management so that's about the worst part. overall, i'd re-sign my lease here and i'd recommend it to friends.
